2. Transfer fees deducted by any other banks involved in the money transfer in any currency In order to facilitate your payment, other banks may convert the payment or impose additional fees or charges. This fee will be debited from the amount sent. We may receive commissions or other benefits from other financial institutions. You may wish to investigate whether the intermediary bank and/or overseas bank charges a fee for the receipt of any transfer to an international account. If so, you may add this amount to the amount requested for the international transfer. To get an indicative foreign exchange rate and estimate the fees, use our currency converter.

Yes. A trace would be requested in circumstances where the Beneficiary claims non-receipt of funds. A cancellation would be requested in circumstances where you want the payment to be returned by the overseas party. In these cases, the Bank will endeavour to have the payment returned. When we are successful in having funds returned and the original transaction is in foreign currency, these funds will be converted at the Bank's buying rate of exchange and credited to your account. Overseas bank charges are likely to apply, and will also be deducted from the proceeds.

You may initiate either of these requests from the Transfers, payments & BPAY menu within Internet Banking.
